We retain your account records for the period required by applicable law. You may request a summary of the data we hold by writing to our support team with your registered account details.

Account Security

Every UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe transaction is logged against your account with a timestamp. You can request a transaction history from the wallet section of your account dashboard at any time.

These terms apply to every person who creates an account on upgameking. By registering, you agree to be bound by the full document. Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits in India.

We may update the terms at any time, but we will notify you via your registered email before major changes take effect. The date at the top of the document always reflects the most recent revision.

A breach may result in account suspension, wallet freeze, or permanent closure depending on severity. We will inform you of the action taken and the specific clause that was violated before any funds are affected.

Deposits via UPI and Paytm are subject to the wallet terms in Section 4 of this document. Failed or reversed transactions must be reported within 48 hours; after that, we may be unable to investigate the specific transaction record.

Write to our support team from your registered email address and specify that you want a data summary. We will compile and send the relevant records within seven working days of verifying your identity.

Raise a formal dispute through live chat or email within 14 days of the event in question. Our policy team will review the relevant transaction logs and account history and respond with a written decision within five business days.

You may request account closure at any time through support. Any remaining wallet balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned via your last verified PhonePe, Paytm, or UPI channel before the account is deactivated.
